The average RowZone® class contains 650 strokes. That means each class you will be contracting 23 muscles throughout your body 650 times.

Our trainers change up the routines in each class so your body doesn't get bored and you'll continue to see results.

Our 45-minute RowZone® Workout includes:
INTERVAL TRAINING
Training that involves a series of low to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.
UPPER & LOWER BODY STRENGTH TRAINING
Exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.
CORE & STABILITY TRAINING
Static and dynamic floor exercises to develop your abdominal and lower back muscles.

A form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.
