Regular workout attire and tennis shoes. No street clothes. We suggest not wearing anything too baggy. You will be going back and forth on the rower a lot.
Feel free to bring your own, but don't worry if you don't have one. We provide mats and weights at each rowing machine.
A 'can do' attitude, bottle of water, and workout gloves if you own a pair. Gloves aren't necessary, but make rowing a tad easier on your hands.
While we understand sweaty is the new sexy, we do provide towels for everyone. Just pick one up on your way in and drop it in our hamper on your way out.
Well, we've thought of that too. Just drop 50 cents in our yellow piggy bank near the back of the gym and snag a refreshing bottle of water from the fridge.
We encourage newcomers to arrive 10-15 minutes early so our trainer can go over form, technique, and how to avoid falling out of the rower upon exiting.
