Why RowZone?

The RowZone® Method is a combination of cardio, weights, and flexibility designed to maximize weight loss and minimize health risks. In addition to interval training on the rowing machine, you will perform up to 125 RowZone® approved exercises that are designed to workout every muscle in your body.

This is how we work

Our trainers change up the routines in each class so your body doesn't get bored and you'll continue to see results.

Our 45-minute RowZone® Workout includes:
Training that involves a series of low to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.
Exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.
Static and dynamic floor exercises to develop your abdominal and lower back muscles.
A form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.

New to Rowing?

We've got you covered.
What should I wear?

Regular workout attire and tennis shoes. No street clothes. We suggest not wearing anything too baggy. You will be going back and forth on the rower a lot.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Feel free to bring your own, but don't worry if you don't have one. We provide mats and weights at each rowing machine.

What should I bring with me?

A 'can do' attitude, bottle of water, and workout gloves if you own a pair. Gloves aren't necessary, but make rowing a tad easier on your hands.

What's the towel situation?

While we understand sweaty is the new sexy, we do provide towels for everyone. Just pick one up on your way in and drop it in our hamper on your way out.

What if I forget my bottle of water at home?

Well, we've thought of that too. Just drop 50 cents in our yellow piggy bank near the back of the gym and snag a refreshing bottle of water from the fridge.

Any last minute advice for my first class?

We encourage newcomers to arrive 10-15 minutes early so our trainer can go over form, technique, and how to avoid falling out of the rower upon exiting.

Feel better. Live better.

Change your routine today and see results tomorrow. Through our low impact 45-minute RowZone® workout, you enjoy all the benefits of running, squatting, and lifting without the wear and tear on your body. So, what are you waiting for?
